When I picked up my brand new highlander both Selena and Chris were available for all of my questions and never made me feel rushed even though it was very busy at the end of the day. Both of them stayed well beyond closing the night I was there to look at the vehicles and when I picked it to provide me with answers to any questions. Selena sat with me for at least 45 minutes to not only show me the interior options but preloaded all of my favorite stations and phone numbers.
