Unfriendly atmosphere Manager mike presented his self very unprofessional and rude, me and my husband went in with the intention to purchase a vehicle and found out it's us Manager mike presented his self very unprofessional and rude, me and my husband went in with the intention to purchase a vehicle and found out it's used so my husband looked up the value and told the sales person who then looked up the value and came back with the same we found out. Sales guy went to his manager. The manager came out and spoke to us in a very rude tone of voice and turned and walk away. I find this hard to believe and mostly seem like he judge us as if we don't have money to purchase the vehicle as little as he knew I currently own several new vehicle and looking to own a truck. This is why you don't hire lunatic to be in a manager position very unprofessional experience will never purchase another vehicle from Lia Toyota. More

Also our salesperson, Sarah Keegan was knowledgeable and spent much time with us as we closed on the last day of the month. Also it was during a major rebate season so showroom was very busy. We picked up the car the next day and Sarah explained the interior of the vehicle, answered my questions and even hooked up my bluetooth and radio stations before we left. Nice experience! More
