From the time I bought my vehicle from this dealership I’ve been regretting it. The customer service is the worst, no matter what department it is, you have to take time off constantly and be hounding the I’ve been regretting it. The technicians need to be trained properly because they can’t diagnose a simple problem but then you get billed when they haven’t done anything. Service writer is ignorant and has little to no customer service skill, when you call you’re being transferred from one to the other and if you leave a voicemail it’s worse, no one get back to you. My car is under warranty and it’s like I have to keep begging them to get my car fixed. People say go to the dealer you won’t have the stress but I’m more stressed out now having to deal with this dealership. More

We were on vacation and our Camry got a flat tire - the closest Toyota dealership is Lia Toyota of Colonie, NY (2116 Central Ave, Schenectady, NY). We booked a regular maintenance service at the same time closest Toyota dealership is Lia Toyota of Colonie, NY (2116 Central Ave, Schenectady, NY). We booked a regular maintenance service at the same time that we made a service request for the tire at Lia. We received a call the day of the service telling us that it would take 24 hours to replace the tire because it was not in stock. My wife inquired as to the availability of a loaner car for the evening and was told the only option was to rent a car. She expressed dismay because she knew that loaner cars had been provided in similar situations in the past (e.g., where the car was kept longer due to a dealer issue). The only response was “So I guess you don’t want me to order the tire?” Which would mean that she would have pick up the car without the new tire. She replied that she needed the tire fixed so she would leave it with Lia - to which the response was “Well we won’t be charging you to store it overnight.” Both of these comments were highly inappropriate and, in our opinion, would not have been made if she were a man in the same circumstances. To make matters worse, when she picked the car up the next day, the scheduled maintenance had not been performed (they apparently overlooked it somehow) which means that we now have to make yet another trip to a dealership. We currently own four Toyotas and have had them serviced at locations all over the country (Berkeley, California, Chicago, Illinois, Arlington, Virginia, Rochester, New York, etc.) and we have never had such unprofessional, misogynistic and incompetent treatment.
