Worst experience I have had at a dealership all thanks to Sean O'Keefe. I don't know how he got a position as a Service Manager, but he is far from qualified. I had an issue with a charge on my bill and Sean was nasty right from the beginning of our interaction. He was condescending, blamed me for the issue, said his employees could never make a mistake and gave me an ultimatum as a "resolution". This miserable man should not be managing a customer service based department, let alone work in customer service. I tried to contact the dealership owner and there was no response, so they clearly don't care or have standards. I have bought all my cars and serviced my vehicles here, and since this interaction, I will never give another cent to such a shameful company. Sean will continue to lose customers for the business as long as he is employed there. More
