Though overpriced (my insurance agent said he almost never approves $70/hr labor rates for collision work) the Kona Electric looks good and I’m glad the job was performed at a certified Hyundai repair s never approves $70/hr labor rates for collision work) the Kona Electric looks good and I’m glad the job was performed at a certified Hyundai repair shop which made me feel at ease. Initial estimate of 3 days for the repair was off by over a week and the initial price estimate was also off and had to be approved a second time by the insurance agent. Also wish Lia used text messaging to more effectively communicate updates: I had to call three separate times and once my call wasn’t returned. Not the best service in the world but I am pleased with the quality of the repair and that’s the most important part. More
