Bought a car from them. Our trade in was stolen from there parking lot the night before. Salesman lied & told us it was sent to auction already (they still had our plates & Our trade in was stolen from there parking lot the night before. Salesman lied & told us it was sent to auction already (they still had our plates & didn’t have the title yet). Was told not to worry just let DMV know shouldn’t be a big deal. Next day I texted and asked him to please try & get the plates back it’s ridiculous we have to do all this. He asked me to call he had an update that’s when he informed me car was actually stolen & there was a police report & would get back to me. Needless to say… crickets … I put a foil report into Colonie police & was able to get report myself … … How do I know he lied to us… because while we there picking up new car, so were the Colonie Police & actually saw our salesman talking to them before he lied. Furthermore, salesman was a bit rude & disrespectful from get go. However, my son had been car hunting & was in a time pinch so when he actually found the car he liked & wanted didn’t want to have to start from scratch. Believe me I was ready to turn around & leave & part of me wish’s I had. Was able to obtain report & then found out we needed yet another form from the police department along with the report but of course not until already going to DMV. Still not a word from Lia. They got the sale I guess all that really mattered to them we still have not heard a word back. Thanks Lia! More

They were expecting me for my appointment. They were courteous as soon as I drove in. Quickly got things set up and got started. Comfortable waiting area with lots of seating. The dealership is clean and roomy and I love having coffee and donuts. It’s well organized so when you pull in you get attended to right away. I miss the screen they had with the status of your vehicle coffee and donuts. It’s well organized so when you pull in you get attended to right away. This place is a gem compared to some places in which u sit side by side in a stinky room filled with fumes. I like how they keep track of your repairs and send coupons. More

The whole team made the appointment work even though I'd been caught in road work and was over half an hour late.
