Recently I needed a 60K mile service and requested a loaner car since I was unable to wait. Barry had me in and out both when I dropped off and picked up my car! After 7 years, no more For as crooked as the previous ownership was they managed to keep me going there for service. After today, I won't go back. This was the straw that For as crooked as the previous ownership was they managed to keep me going there for service. After today, I won't go back. This was the straw that broke the Camel's back. I brought my car in for their " Tax Time" service about 3 weeks ago and mentioned that there was a groaning when I would turn left. They said they would look at it and let me know. When I returned after the service was complete they informed me that my power steering return hose was leaking and it would be $250 to replace it. Then they informed me that the diagnosis would be about $100, but they'd help me out and knock that down to 50. Fast forward to a week and a half ago and I call to schedule the service for today. 1.5 weeks should be more than enough time to get the parts necessary for servicing. This morning, I get my whole family together to get this done and out of the house by 7:30 on a Saturday and drop my car off. When I drop it off I sit down with the Service person who reminds me that I need an inspection, which is part of this appointment and then he looks at it and says "let me check and see if the part is in." At this point, I'm pissed and I wait for him to return. When he does return he informs me that the part isn't in, but it can be up here by Tuesday if I wanted to bring my car in then. He then proceeded to inform me that if I had talked with him, this wouldn't have happened, so more or less this was my fault for their failure. The only thing that was offered to me was an "I'm sorry, and we can reschedule you for next Saturday." At that time, I was angry, but I thought I'd give them another chance. When I called to inform them that I was canceling my appointment due to their screw up this morning and taking my business elsewhere, they were very nonchalant about it and moved didn't offer anything to try and keep my business. So after 7 years of doing business with this location, I will never return. Oh, and be careful about having service there and then getting a rental car through them, as its far cheaper to obtain a rental car yourself. More

We made an offer because we liked the car and quickly came to an agreement. Despite the fact that it was near closing time, we were not rushed to finalize the deal. Strong arm tatics to get my vehicle inspected. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and inspection. After a 2 hour wait I was informed that the vehicle would not pass inspection due to I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and inspection. After a 2 hour wait I was informed that the vehicle would not pass inspection due to a torn windshield wiper. The wipers could be replaced at my expense of $30.00 I was also told that the rear windshield was completely torn and unusable but was not included in the $30.00 replacement fee. I was also informed of a mouse nest in my air filter canister. This could be removed for the cost of $39.00. I refused the offer and explained that I would take the vehicle to another inspection center for inspection. I was laughed at and told “if you have the time to waste, go right ahead”. I paid my $10.00 partial inspection fee and brought my vehicle to another inspection center where it was determined that ALL of my windshield wipers were perfectly fine ( I replaced the wipers 4 months prior) and that there was NO mouse nest in the air filter canister. This appears to be a blatant attempt to pressure me into purchasing something that was not necessary for monetary gain on the dealer’s part. I also took photos of the wipers directly after my visit with Lia Nissan dealership that shows no such tear. I stayed calm and professional during the entire ordeal although I realized what was happening. A complaint was registered with the state of New York. More
