Walter Cook I waited 30 minutes to be acknowledged when I arrived for my service appointment. It became clear to me that Walter was the only person on duty in the service office and he explained they were operating with less than half the service technicians that day. I noticed Walter hustling to make sure every customer was taken care of and he did it all with a smile and a professional attitude. I appreciated that and left with a positive feeling. More
