My search had a happy ending here I started shopping three months before my lease was up on a different make. I called Tim and told him I needed a good vehicle at a fair price and could they have it ready in three days, He sharpened his pencil and called back. I was pleasantly surprised so I made the trip to Lia Nissan of Saratoga to test drive the car. And wow was I blown away! The dealership was beautiful, the service area spotless and Joe Chase, my salesperson, was very sweet and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and I knew it was the car for me. The biggest bonus for me was the service included with the life of the lease. Just having that peace of mind made all the difference. I picked up my Murano in 3 days and I love it. Great experience with Vince and Bryce too and I look forward to a long relationship with this dealership. More
