When I refused his comeback was "even when the timing belt goes at 100,000 miles..." A 2011 Honda CRV DOES NOT have a timing belt, it has a timing chain and Honda purs NO timelines on timing chain replacement. So like I said trying to get me to buy something I didnt need. On the bright side Nicole Glover was very professional and considerate of our needs. More
