Renewed confidence I was in the Saratoga region for vacation. Walter Cook was the service manager I worked with. The services I requested were transmission service and p I was in the Saratoga region for vacation. Walter Cook was the service manager I worked with. The services I requested were transmission service and passenger side airbag recall. They got my vehicle in on the day I requested. Walter identified another recall I wasn’t aware of. My vehicle was finished 2.5 hours before the requested pick up time. Their service department is open till 8pm which is very helpful. I’ve had negative experiences with other Nissan dealerships, most specifically when I bought my car. This was a very positive experience. Thank you Lia Nissan of Saratoga. More
