Service visit When I pulled in I was immediately greeted. Celeste Hill then took care of me and listened to my concerns. Everything was taken care of properly. I called back later that day because my Bluetooth was not fully functional, Celeste gave me a few pointers and told me that if they didn't work, she would personally take care of the problem. I stopped back the next morning (no appointment) and spoke with Celeste. She came out with me to my car and took care of my problem. Very professional, kind and concerned. Thanks to Celeste!! Another thought; while I was waiting for my car, my salesman Bryce saw me and came over to talk with me and make sure that everything was being handled properly. Lia Saratoga really does care about their customers. I will be back when my 2 leases expire for our 7th and 8th purchases! More
