Friendly and Professional Atmosphere This is the 2nd time I have dealt with this dealership. I leased a 2016 Rogue and now just leased a 2019 Rogue. My salesman Joe Chase was most accommodating in finding me a vehicle that I wanted this time around with some extra features that I didn't have in my previous Rogue. This was the 2nd time I dealt with Joe. He is most courteous and very detailed in explaining all the options in my car. Chris Bucher, the general manager, is a most professional and likable person who made it possible for me to lease the new Rogue. I appreciate all he did to get to an amount that I could afford. I cannot stress enough the utmost courteous and friendly atmosphere of the dealership. More
Simply "A Cut Above"!!! Simply incredible experience from my very first visit about 8.5 months ago until I was finally in a position to purchase on June 24th, 2019. My situa Simply incredible experience from my very first visit about 8.5 months ago until I was finally in a position to purchase on June 24th, 2019. My situation is most certainly a bit nuttier then most. I don't think there is enough room here to really paint the picture of how absolutely amazing my experience was. When I visited Lia Nissan the first time my wife and I were in the midst of both an Equity Loan as well as Mortgage Refi process with the bank. But due to family needs - I also needed to have a plan in place as we closed on those bank loans to secure another vehicle. After finding a 2017 CPO on the lot that day I went in and asked for additional info but that I was only looking and not in a position to purchase for a few months. This first individual would absolutely set the tone for what would become a great overall experience for me. Bryce Wells, salesmen intently listened to me and then said he would be happy to print out brochures and a few more detailed docs on the 2017 CPO because they only had printed materials for 2019 vehicles and he wanted me to be considering this purchase on the best info he could provide me. No questions, No pressure, No issue - He simply listened to me and helped me. I came few months later to test drive that 2017 CPO vehicle since it was still available but Bryce was off. Another very kind, helpful salesmen, Jeffrey Lukaszewski took me on a test drive. Listened to me and answered my questions and then said that he would be connecting me with Bryce since Bryce was my original salesmen. Beautiful to see such co-worker respect. Again sets the tone. Came in a third time a few months latter due to delays in my banking business. Again - looked at cars by myself in my own way - absolutely no pressure by anyone. Just me. Found another car, absolutely loved it, but as fate would have it - I did not have the time to test drive because I was on my way to work. Went into sales office asked for Jeff - but he no longer worked there so I met a third salesmen, Frank Kinch. Again very easy, comfortable, no pressure conversation but this time I had to ask Frank if I could give them some money to hold the car that I had just found that day for a few days so I could come back to test drive it. Frank kindly introduced me to the GM, Chris Bucher and informed Chris of my request - I gave Chris a little bit more info about my bank business and closing etc. Chris told me absolutely I could give them a little bit to hold the car and not to worry but the car is secure and he even confirmed he would hold it back from being posted on internet car sales sites. A few days latter I came in to test drive but shared news of a delay again with the Bank. Chris was beyond incredible. He told me to not worry. Car is secure and would be here when all of our bank business was complete and to just focus on that matter and not the car. A few more weeks and finally everything was complete and now I could come in and finalize my car purchase. My home is located 75 minutes away from Lia Nissan - Chris set up a Courtesy Pick Up for me. Was thrilled that Frank picked me up at my wife's business in Latham and took his time explaining everything about my car and ran me through a few of the steps regards to tech gear and the head unit until there was no question - I understood. Meeting with the finance officer; Robert was very easy and streamlined. He took time to explain a few other options that were available to me for purchase. When I declined due to my budget - there was no issue, I wasn't made to feel uncomfortable. Nothing weird or awkward about it. Just a wonderful process. I simply have to say that everyone that I came into contact with throughout the process at Lia Nissan of Saratoga was incredibly helpful, professional, and they listened to me. Chris and his sales staff and Robert in Finance, quite frankly these guys are simply a "Cut Above". Thank you all for making my experience incredibly wonderful from the JUMP! We were greeted by everyone and even my 11 year son was acknowledged as well. When we sat down with Frank Kinch, he wanted to know what it was I wanted and then asked for an out the door price point. Within moments he found options that included my have to haves (3rd row and low miles) and wants (sunroof and backup camera). At no point did we feel pressured to buy any vehicle. He simply showed us what they had to offer and gave us every bit of information we needed and answered all questions. Within 2 hours of arriving, I drove off in a car of my dreams freshly washed and with a full tank of gas. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to make Lia Nissan one of your first stops! More

He was polite, respectful, and knowledgeable and treated my daughter and I with respect and understanding. We actually found a Honda CR-V that my daughter loved. I was provided access to the Car Fax and after being happy with what I saw, made an offer that was accepted without haggling. When it came time to pick up the vehicle, the car was detailed and even had some dealer installed upgrades at no charge. This by far has been the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made and I've bought many cars in the last 45 years! So it just goes to show you, I did not have to buy a Nissan from Lia Nissan to be treated well. Thank you to Frank and his Manager Chris for making it a very pleasant transaction. I will see you for my next vehicle for sure! More
