On July 12, 2021 I brought my 2012 Infinity in for an oil & filter change, tire rotation, and NYS Inspection. The car failed the inspection due to worn rear brakes, seized calipers & four worn tires. I was given an estimate for the repairs which was approx. $1,200.00(tires not included). I needed to talk things over with my spouse prior to proceeding with repairs. In discussing the repairs needed with Chelsea she mentioned they had rotated the tires. I was shocked because why would you rotate the tires when they obviously needed to be replaced. She mentioned she would confirm the tires were rotated. When paying the bill I was charged for the rotation with the promise that the amount would be credited only if I purchased the tires from Lia Nissan of Saratoga. My spouse was so annoyed at the charge for the tire rotation that we took the car elsewhere for the repairs only to discover that the calipers were not seized. The tires cost me $120.00 less than the quote from Lia.. Last year alone I spent over $2500.00 with Lia on service & repairs, and was rewarded by charging me for an unneeded tire rotation($25.00). I also purchased the Infinity from the Lia dealership in Latham. So much for customer loyalty Oh by way I saved over $500 on the repair work Very disappointed More
Exceptional first experience at Lia Nissan of Saratoga. Very clean waiting area which was greatly appreciated during these times. Staff were courteous and professional. Be on your financial A game when dealing with this organization. Slicker than a wet fish caught in an oil soaked pond. Just picked up my 2021 Rogue and it’s fantastic! What a great redesign and awesome features offered on the new Rogue SL AWD. It’s my second lease with this dealership and a lot has to do with the exceptio great redesign and awesome features offered on the new Rogue SL AWD. I signed papers and gave deposit with a specific payment. A car was going to be located and they would call me. After 10 days I started calling different dealers and the Saratoga Nissan again. Finally they found one, but not the color I wanted (think they knew the color I wanted wasn't available). Went to sign papers and the payment was $20. more. They put the loan through Nissan and Wells Fargo. I had asked to put it through SEFCU. The financial manager said he only got my credit report at 4:30 that day and everything was closed. I SIGNED THE PAPERS 10 DAYS AGO, not my fault. I told them to put the plates back on my car and the deal was off. Suddenly the original deal was good. I asked salesman, Josh, if the Rogue had digital speedometer and he said yes and pushed a button and assumed what I saw was the digital speedometer. It does NOT have a digital speedometer, what he pushed was Average Speed Control. What good is that? Also, I noticed no seat belt chime when not using my seat belt. I contacted the salesman and told him I don't like to wear my seat belt but realize i miss the chime. He said" well it's your lucky day then isn't it!" I told him it was the law. Like the Rogue but would NEVER purchase or refer a person to Lia Nissan in Saratoga. More
Lia Nissan is the worst Nissan dealership in the area the service do damage to your vehicle and then tell you it's not their problem and then when you turn it in your own insurance and get it fixed they tell service do damage to your vehicle and then tell you it's not their problem and then when you turn it in your own insurance and get it fixed they tell you they can't work on your car anymore and then you try to sit down and talk to the general manager and he was very rude an unpleasant so I wouldn't buy another car from them people for nothing More
