In the past service has been fair, with long wait and no update on your vehicle. This past service visit of 4/7/25 was 5 star! From the very beginning Tim Veeder greeted me, introduced himself, invited update on your vehicle. This past service visit of 4/7/25 was 5 star! From the very beginning Tim Veeder greeted me, introduced himself, invited me into the waiting area while he took the necessary information for my vehicle. He estimated the service taking an hour since the mechanics were just arriving at 7:15 AM. Surprisingly my car was ready in 30 min. Tim came over and told me my car was ready , said there were no problems found and asked if I had any questions. I asked Tim a question about info I was receiving on the supposedly increase in cost for the service contract. Tim sat down with me and explained that it was fraudulent, that there was no increase to my service contract and further explained how to tell when the email is fraudulent. I was impressed that he took the time to explain this to me! More
