Every time I go in for work done I'm immediately greeted by the service team, there's never a wait and they are very good about getting in touch with me once my vehicle is ready for pick up. The best experience leasing a car I used to hate getting a new car. When our Jeep started to get old and needed work we decided to lease a new car and we went to Lia Nissan first. The Jeep had been my son's and when he died we paid it off and kept it. His favorite CD was stuck in the player and the Service Dept. was able to get it out for us. This made us extremely happy. When we were choosing our car we dealt with Stephanie Havens. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain the Nissan Rouge and its features in ways that made it easy to understand. We had never had a back-up camera before and now we use it without thinking. My husband takes the car in for servicing and is always amazed at how quickly and efficiently things go. We have and will continue to recommend Lia Nissan to everyone looking for a car. More
