Disgusting and Disappointing when I purchshed my lease Michael went over everything sign a contract I signed a refund form for my 100$ deposit that they told me I needed to ho when I purchshed my lease Michael went over everything sign a contract I signed a refund form for my 100$ deposit that they told me I needed to hold the vehicle till I came back to pick it up as it was the weekend that it will be returned to me once I bought the car and I sign it and guess what they never gave it back n wen talking to him he told me oh well sorry the bank already took your money and we took it for your lease excuse me I SIGNED A LEGAL DOCUMENT for a refund to my card upon purshased of the vehichle and the manager Mark Vieira he also went over the form and told me my refund will be refunded within couple of days and its funny how they add it in all the paper work your signing giving u a copy of all the paper work except the form you sign for the refund funny u guys are funny and you know I can make this bigger then a review but word of the mouth goes along way and I work with a lot of people and I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and loyal customers are hard to find and word. gets around and its very sad and disappointing that Nissan will do this that you guys totally lied to my face its very very dissapointing and once this lease is over I will never ever lease threw them again More

John from service won't honor your coupon Just recieved a coupon in my email from nissan for a $10 prescheduled oil change , only honored on Wed and Thursdays. So I made appointment for Thur Just recieved a coupon in my email from nissan for a $10 prescheduled oil change , only honored on Wed and Thursdays. So I made appointment for Thursday, had coupon and they took my car. John from service never asked me if I wanted synthetic oil, he just charged me 20$ at the end, saying my car had to have synthetic oil. Umm no, I've owned lots of nissan and this isn't a high performance car and I know how to read my manual, it can take regular conventional oil. Thank you for thinking you pulled a fast one on me, but nope I kept my composure, smiled, left and called corporate. So shady. Honor the coupons and ask before you decide to upgrade, I came in only for the $10 oil change and now I'm never coming back. I know your location needs your numbers up, so a $10 oil change isn't something your into, but john, it's not your company. Please hire some ethical managers nissan. More

Avoid at all cost! We should have known the second we met the dealer. My husband and I are a young couple in our late 20s/early 30s. I won't go on about our horrible experience, but I will say two things. First, the dealer immediately sized us up calling my husband "boss" and swearing about certain sports teams. It was extremely unprofressonal and belittling for him to look at us as a young couple and assume we talked/acted that way. Second, this was our first time buying a car together and we were learning. We gave him an offer for a Nissan rouge to which he laughed at us and said there's no way. He then got his manager who also laughed at us, said if he gave us the car for that price he would have to close down the business and to have a nice day. Just so you know, we went to Middletown Nissan and got the same car and package for LESS than the price we were laughed at and basically dismissed from the lia Nissan employees. Take the time to go down to the fabulous people at Middletown Nissan and don't waste your time with the rude, unprofessional experience you would have at lia. More
