He said the needed part was in stock and he could take care of it by the next day. He provided us with a rental Pathfinder at no charge. The dealership and management not public friendly I purchased a new Titan from Lia Nissan on August 24 of this year. I was told to apply for credit which I did, I asked what there interest was and the I purchased a new Titan from Lia Nissan on August 24 of this year. I was told to apply for credit which I did, I asked what there interest was and the reply was no more than five per cent. I said I could do better than that on my own,they said to complete the deal I had to use there finance I said No. The manager walked by us and gave me the cold shoulder and said he gave me to much for the truck I was trading in. On the day of pick up I brought to the sales personattention that the paper work said Crome bumpers not just frount bumper he said he would check on it. Here we are three weeks later no reply from dealership.Is that a way to do business and expect me to recommend your dealership. The following day a fellow I know called and asked if the truck I traded in was for sale and he said it was gone so much for giving me to much. Louis Dominski More

Awesome experience We were looking for a used car for our daughter so our criteria was pretty tough but our funds were limited. We stopped into the dealership looking for a particular car we'd seen on line. Our salesman was Steve "Fitzy" Fitzgerald. He was very helpful from the start and tho the car we'd seen was actually at a NY dealership (we didn't look very carefully at the listing) he searched his inventory. No SUV's were within our budget but he found us another car that was close (of course the price was higher than the funds we had) but my daughter fell in love with the car and he worked his magic and made it happen within our budget! He was very helpful and understood our financial limits. My daughter is now the proud owner of a car she loves and we can be at ease knowing that the car is safe and will last her a while. If you need a car - go to Lia Nissan and ask for Steve! He's an amazing sales person and won't force you into a purchase you can't handle. Great experience!! More
Awful Bought the car over the weekend, was told could pick up Monday went in and was only able to do paperwork cause the car wasn't ready. Didn't matter cause when I picked it up the papers that were on the outside were thrown on the backsea and shoved in the glove box, a layer of dust in all compartments, mats not put down and clips for them missing. Angel covered his own butt and lied saying I just left when I waited in the car for 10 minutes for him to show me how to use everything. Also, the only dealership who will only give you a half a tank if you buy a used car, every other place I've gotten from gives you A FULL tank! More
