Made it clear my one expectation was payments had to be at or lower what I pay today as I wasn’t in need of a new car. We determined the 2019 Pathfinder was not an option based on what I’d have to pay. A week later after multiple calls from multiple people, I decided to look at an older/used Pathfinder, making my expectation clear payments would have to stay the same or be lower because my current car is in great condition. Sales guy Jody brought it to my house to look at, and we agreed on a selling price for the car. That Saturday I went in to meet with Jody to sign papers and run the final numbers. He was disorganized, unsure of what papers needed to be signed and was all over the place. Once we finally got the papers signed, finance started working on the deal. After two hours of being there, we left and told them to call me if they could figure out how to keep my payments the same, letting them know it was fine if not because my current car is in great condition. That Monday the finance manager called me with payment options, which were higher than what I currently pay. They were only slightly higher, though since I had been clear from the beginning I would pay what I currently pay or less, I declined the offer. The finance manager became extremely rude and ended up hanging up on me in anger. Completely unprofessional and at that point I was done with the process. Jody continued to call me multiple times over the next two weeks with no response from me. Two Friday’s after the finance manager hung up on me, I texted Jody telling him if payments were still higher then there was no need to discuss further and also explained how the finance manager was rude. He told me “I have to understand the finance manager worked very hard for me” and that “I don’t understand the gravity of the situation.” What gravity? My car is in perfectly fine working condition. I then explained that doesn’t justify being rude and in sales you have to understand the ultimate end goal of the customer which they all failed to do. Jody then said I “needed a reality check” and “he’s sorry I don’t understand math.” I stopped the conversation confirming that’s a good way to end a relationship and that I would never work with them again reminding them they reached out to me for my car. While the text exchange was happening, initial sales guy Dave called me to have me in to look at different Pathfinders. I called him back and told him what happened between Jody and me and that I would not work with them in the future because of it. Dave said the GM was going to call me to make it right which never happened. I will be writing a letter and sending the messages along with it as no one should be talked to or disrespected like that when a company reaches out to you to come in. They have lost my future car business as well as service work on my car as I always went to them. All around horrible service and typical “car salesman” mentality. More

Even though the situation was frustrating since it was a brand new car and I had only had it for a couple months Jeremie made sure the process was very easy for me. He called me with updates and notified me right away when the car was ready for pick up. I would highly recommend going to Lia Nissan of Enfield. More

Bad Service and Factory Defeat in Nissan Cars, -0-0-0 I have to give them a star because it was obligatory, but they deserve a -0. I bought a lease in December 2017 and I had to go to CT to fix my car 5 t I have to give them a star because it was obligatory, but they deserve a -0. I bought a lease in December 2017 and I had to go to CT to fix my car 5 times (for the same issue, why?), and this car is still having issues. They are nice people, but I think they are not fixing my car inadequately. I do not recommend this dealer, even I do not recommend the Nissan at all. Please get another car like Toyota or something like that. Now, I have to wait one more year to finish the contract if not, I have to pay them the rest of the second year. Fatal service. Horrible experience. Do not buy a Nissan, please!!!!! Unfortunately, I got a Nissan Rogue. More
Squeezed in on a Saturday. Squeezed in on a Saturday morning for an oil change when I had limited time! They estimated an hour and a half as I didnt have an appointment. I had my newborn with me and they said we'll do 45 minutes. They delivered and even checked tire pressures and rotated them. I dont normally see dealers for service but since leasing here, my mind has been changed! Whether buying or leasing or servicing old they are fantastic!!! More

The dealership and management not public friendly I purchased a new Titan from Lia Nissan on August 24 of this year. I said I could do better than that on my own,they said to complete the deal I had to use there finance I said No. The manager walked by us and gave me the cold shoulder and said he gave me to much for the truck I was trading in. On the day of pick up I brought to the sales personattention that the paper work said Crome bumpers not just frount bumper he said he would check on it. Here we are three weeks later no reply from dealership.Is that a way to do business and expect me to recommend your dealership.
