Everyone, from the Salesman Shaheen to the GM Steve (including the gentleman who helped get me my loan), was absolutely amazing. None of them pressured me into doing anything, they gave me an excellent deal on my trade-in, and they all worked their backsides off to make certain that this was an experience that I would tell my family and friends about. Until this past month, I had always been a Toyota guy; I'm lucky that I took the opportunity to take a look at Lia. Their service is impeccable, even with my finickiness. Had I known things would have been done so well, I wouldn't have even bothered looking anywhere else. More
