He was attentive, genuinely listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle, and made sure to keep my monthly budget in mind every step of the way. He was quick to respond to my questions, patient, and made the process feel easy and stress-free. I truly felt like he cared about finding the right fit for me, not just making a sale. Carm, the General Manager, was also incredibly friendly, approachable, and engaging. He made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to chat with me, which added such a personal touch to the whole experience.
