I came in not knowing what I was looking for, but knew I needed a change. Tom Gear was quick to be at my side, helping me narrow down what exactly I wanted. I needed something that was easy on the gas and needed a change. Tom Gear was quick to be at my side, helping me narrow down what exactly I wanted. I needed something that was easy on the gas and was big enough to stuff my wife, child, and belongings into for our move across the country. He was quick to help me find a few cars that were a bit more fuel efficient than my gas-hog of a truck, too. I ran out of time that day, but I came back the following week (much to his surprise) and he had actually done a little work for me while I was gone. We got straight to business, which was nice because I was on limited time that day as well. Without throwing me through a bunch of loops, sales pitches, and all kinds of other BS, I was able to get the ball rolling on my car that day. We picked it up a couple days later and the wife loved it. After driving it to Arizona, the only regret is that I couldn't bring Tom and the entire Lia Nissan group with me. I went to a couple dealerships before going to Lia and I had sub-par or up-to-par experiences with the other ones. The folks at Lia were incredibly nice and above and beyond any other dealership I've been to in years. More
