Hostile environment I visited Lia Nissan for a used Altima last week. The sales person was great but the back and forth was too much. I had just had the same issue with another lia location and was frustrated even more by this visit. When I came in for a test drive the first time I walked into the manager yelling and swearing in the showroom at an employee. I could tell by the look on his face he didn't know I was in the showroom. When I went back a second time to see Mike for a second test drive the same manager was having a closed door meeting with an another employee but the office is glass so you could see his yelling and antics. I asked Mike who that guy was who is always yelling and he said that's our GM Dave. Nothing against Mike but we went to another dealership and purchased a new 2015 Altima. More

Worst customer service experience ever. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They do not honor warranties they sell and purposely do not fix things so you have to keep coming bac I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They do not honor warranties they sell and purposely do not fix things so you have to keep coming back over and over again so they get more money. Shay the service manager is awful and rude to everyone. She sits and glares at customers but never gets up and helps anyone in the service area.. They're always short staffed and do not listen to customer concerns about the vehicle. I had a 5 year warranty they will not honor. They force good survey results from customers by threatening them and putting them in awkward positions. (Terminating the business relationship if another negative survey is submitted when there's a dealer sold maintenance plan on the line they won't honor) I will never do business with them again. More

The greaseball sales manager then tried to sell us an entirely different car - oldest slimeball trick in the book. People like this are who gave car salesmen the well deserved reputation that they have. Stay away from these low lifes. BTW - it was the wife's only day off for 2 seeks and she was not thrilled to have wasted it in this manner. More
Waited at parts deak for 30 minutes waiting for parts staff to help. Apparently there is only one person working in the parts dept and he was on the phone the entire 30 minutes i waited. My head liner had to be replaced on my 2012 Altima Coupe that only has 7k miles, it was a warranty covered item. I took 3 days to install, which I am not sure why, but worse yet, the head liner that is beig that only has 7k miles, it was a warranty covered item. I took 3 days to install, which I am not sure why, but worse yet, the head liner that is beige in color was covered in greasy fingerprint and hand prints, when alerting the Service manager Alex, he copped an attitude and got defensive. Since the day this car was purchased it has been never ending terrible service with each and every person along the way, sadly for me I don't have many options and at this point I am going to buy from another manufacturer to get away from the LIA chain, I can not understand how they are in business with such a lack of competent staff. I emailed Lia Nissan to get a quote on a NEW 2013 Rogue. She told me to enter my info online before I come in and everyone is guaranteed a loan but nothing is done until you speak with the Finance Manager & are ready to purchase. Well, we went in and the receptionist sat there ignoring us. We had to ask her 3 times for Beth before she actually called her to come to the front desk. Beth came down and brought us to a clueless salesguy. He took us to the shady looking Finance Manager and right away he told the salesguy to show us a USED 2009 Rogue. We were there for a new one but they we set on selling the used! He showed us a beat up Rogue that was not even cleaned yet and we told him no even though he kept insisting. He was knocking the new one's saying the old are a better deal, etc.The Finance Manager was busy with another customer so we sat in the waiting room. We questioned the salesguy about the price of the new Rogue we went there for and he gave us a price $5,000 higher than what Beth quoted us at plus they didn't even have the exact color I told her I wanted. We got tired of the games and walked out. After we left, the Finance Manager sent out applications to several banks without our permission and for the Used Rogue we didn't even want. This is fraud! He had no right to do this and each inquiry to a bank lowers your credit score and I know he did it to be a creep and ruin our chance at another dealer. More
We purchased a 2012 Nissan Rogue in October of 2012 and we were extremely happy with the entire sales experience. We immediately decided to drive to Lia Nissan where we were promptly greeted by Don Gleason. Don did not pressure us to make a decision. Everyone we came into contact with at the dealership including Ali the sales manager and Mike the business manager went out of their way to make sure that we were happy and well taken care of. There are few car dealerships that truly put the customer first. I would like to commend the entire Lia team on a job well done! We will be back when we are in the market for our next new car! More
