While I was looking at the Used Rogues on the lot, Aaron "AJ" Haynes came out to see if he could help. He showed me all of the vehicles I might be interested in based on what I told him. He knew about every vehicle, and when he needed to go and look up more information, he did that quickly. There was no pressure and when I decided to buy, AJ told me all the history of the car, answered all my questions, and he was so professional and informative. No pressure, just facts and helpfulness. I had the best experience ever buying a car with AJ as Lia Nissan's representative. Also, dealing with Pedro for the financial set up of the sale was wonderful. Pedro is a very concerned, sweet person who makes sure you know every aspect of the agreement you are signing and the purchase you are making. Even my brother is now looking for a car there!
