Terrible service Mike was the worst salesman I have ever had in my experiences buying a car. He "yeah, yeah, yeah'd" me throughout the process. When I picked up the car, it was not ready with the promises made. He never did the things he said he was going to do. He was completely disengaged and couldn't care less. The service department was not much better. They had no clue the requests I had made. I bought a used car and the previous owner's personal business cards were still in the car. The previous owner's information was still in the navigation system...with her home address. The car was not cleaned and detailed as it should have been. We found remnants of popcorn and confetti in the car. This dealership was lazy, they lied and we are still working with them to get them to fulfill the promises made re: some work we requested on the car that we were told would be taken care of prior to purchase. I will never buy a car from Lia Nissan of Schenectady again. H More
