I had a great experience here after visiting several dealerships that acted very smug in this hectic market. This dealership was fair and did not markup their cars above MSRP. Had a great experience with the service department. There service team goes above and beyond. I was lucky enough to have Asahy D. And Kelvin. I am beyond DISGUSTED with my first experience at Lia's service dept! I brought my car in for oil change, OSC recall and the CVT! I was very specific when I told them the CVT is messing up JUST LIKE ALL TH service dept! I brought my car in for oil change, OSC recall and the CVT! I was very specific when I told them the CVT is messing up JUST LIKE ALL THE OTHER 2014 SENTRA'S! I was told they would diagnosis at MY charge and let me know. I was told the CVT was "reprogrammed" but since it wasn't BROKEN it isn't under the extended warranty for this EXACT issue! Fast forward 24 hours and I'm on the thru way and the car will not go!! Nothing!!! It didn't stall it just sat there! With a lot of prayer and having to turn the car on and off to attempt to get power to the transmission I made it home! I called Lia immediately and Dave told me... "Sorry it's 4 and we close at 5. The service manager isn't here on Saturday so you'll have to reach him Monday." If jumping thru the phone was a thing Dave would have had a real issue! Yes I was yelling! I just PAID you folks to take care of my vehicle and now the car is dead in the road! Additionally when I brought the car in I specifically told you what was wrong and Lia is playing the "it's not our fault" card! I'm not a dumb woman, I work with service techs every day in the fork lift industry, I've dealt with warranty situations and I know the company doesn't want to pay! I'll be contacting my attorney and writing this review every where possible! I'm shocked and highly disappointed with the entire situation! More
