The engine on my Infiniti, which I purchased at Lia Infiniti several years ago, seized and had to be towed to Lia Infiniti for repair/replacement. My service advisor, Celeste Hill kept me up to date on what was going on with my car and the status of my repair. She was also instrumental is getting my repair covered under warranty. While I was not pleased with the service from Infiniti Roadside Assistance (which was useless and nonexistent) or from Infiniti's Extended Warranty Program, I could not be happier with the service from Lia Infiniti. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to help them. More

I requested for my shield under my car to be looked at. By the time I arrived back home, my shield was hanging down, dragging on the road. I will have to get under my car and try to re-secure it back up By the time I arrived back home, my shield was hanging down, dragging on the road. I will have to get under my car and try to re-secure it back up in place. This has been an on-going problem and I can't figure out why this can't seem to be permanently fixed. The shield is VERY IMPORTANT as it protects the engine from debris in the road so I am very aware that the shield needs to be secure.
