Best service I've ever received when buying a car. I knew it wasn't going to be easy getting me approved but Isaac bent over backwards to get it done. Tim though was beyond amazing. Was in communication with him through emails, text, and phone calls. He answered all my questions, was patient, and was patient with my decision making. I had even asked him if he can park my top 3 cars in which I was in between with and he did it with absolutely no problems nor attitude. Funny part is that I ended up with the car I first came to see even after test driving 6 other cars. Love my G37 and my girlfriend and I will be back later on this year when it's her turn to get a car. This place was worth driving from Philly and I wouldn't go anywhere else. More

Our salesman, Mike Baker in addition to explaining the lease program in detail took his time showing us the vehicle inside and out, all the safety features and an extensive test drive. He did an excellent job from start to finish. Being in sales myself I know the importance on follow through, Mike went above and beyond. We really appreciate it! Picking up new vehicle I was very pleased with the sales dept when buying my new car. They went above being help full with me. However when the car was delivered there was I was very pleased with the sales dept when buying my new car. They went above being help full with me. However when the car was delivered there was a problem with the key system. If this car was checked by the service department before delivery then why did this problem happen.I had to hang around for 2 extra hours for the service dept to find out what the problem was and fix it. I do not feel that this was at any time the sales dept but the blame is on the service dept. This is my second Infiniti and might be my last one. This should never have happened at all. More
