Car came in on a hook. My G coupe would not start after exiting a restaurant in Delmar. I had purchased an extended warranty and with that I was able to get roadside assistance. My car was towed to Lia at about 9pm. At 7am I met with Steve Basile in person. He had already been working for a while. He asked what had happened and he had a good idea of the issue before I left. As usual picking up a loaner was a non issue. It was almost new, clean and full of fuel-that is certainly a Lia benefit. Steve called me to tell me they were replacing the starter under warranty and that I could pick it up anytime after 5p that day. When I got there they had replaced the battery and the key fob battery also. I am extremely pleased with both the service and attention I received and this is not the first time. I bought my car there and will again. I only go there for service and I will continue to. I highly recommend the Lia team. More

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I'm very happy with the sales people, but after driving 60 miles for service I was told NO LONER AVAILABLE! My sales oerson took care of it.
