Never a problem/great service 2017 marks my 5th year with an Infiniti. Lisa Dugan in the service dept has made every trip for service a breeze. I wait for my vehicle and since the service personnel are so timely the wait has been short and not a problem for me. My experience with this dealership has been nothing but positive from the sales dept (Dawn Owens) to the service dept. Since I love my Q50 that is about as good as it gets!! More

They were able to get the QX60 I wanted and deliver it in 5 days even with adding a hitch that required a special part. The Syracuse Lowery dealership dragged their feet for 2 weeks with a vehicle they actually had, with no communication and not willing to put the customer first. Way to go Lia Infiniti for giving us the faith back in the Infiniti brand! More
