Outstanding customer service. I highly recommend purchasing from Lia Infiniti. The service we received really went above and beyond. Recently my husband and I were looking in to purchasing another car specificly a used volvo. I came across a listing on a car buying website for one that was located at Lia Infiniti in Cohoes, NY. I sent off an email to inquiry about the car. The sales person at Lia responded back almost immediatly. We confirmed with him that we were interested and would like to come up and see the vehicle, but we were about an hour and 1/2 away. He told us it was worth the trip up to see this car. When we arrived we were greeted by Kevin Graham Internet Sales Consultant, he then introduced us to Jake Willi and they both brought us over to see the Volvo XC60, that was waiting for us in the service bay. From this moment on the service we received from Lia was outstanding. We were not buying a new infiniti (which are very nice), but a used volvo, and were were treated like we were there to purchase a new car. The transactions went very smoothly and Jake answered all of our questions and kept us up to date with the process. When we arrived a few days later to pick up our vehicle, we were surprised to find it in the service bay with a bow on top. I can't recommend Jake or anyone at Lia infiniti highly enough. Even after the purchase we were contacted to make sure that everything was going well with the car. Thank you Lia Infinite for being such a pleasure to deal with especially when you have staff like Jake Willi to represent you. More

Excellent Service Obtained the appointment that I requested. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by Lisa Dugan. I explained the problem that the car was experiencing (malfunctioning BlueTooth telephone calls) and my need for an inspection. Lisa explained how they would assess the problem and then subsequently fix it. I went to the waiting room where Lia provided coffee, donuts and bottled water. The problem was successfully addressed in less than an hour. Lisa explained what was done and my car was returned washed and vacuumed. Lisa asked if I would call the next day to make sure that the problem did not return. I sent her an email the next day indicating that all was well. More
