I've worked so hard to get to a point to purchase a "nicer" vehicle. I recently purchased a QX50 from Lia Infiniti of Latham and it was the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Let's be h "nicer" vehicle. I recently purchased a QX50 from Lia Infiniti of Latham and it was the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Let's be honest, it's never fun going to a dealership, but this was an entirely different level of poor costumer service. The day I picked up my car and it was "professionally cleaned", it was disgusting inside. Coffee stains around the cup holder and seat, dust on the dash, marks on the outside. They really just want your money and want you out. Within the first 3 weeks of owning this car, there were issues with it. I called three times to get on the service departments schedule. Finally - after 3 calls and my mother having to call- they called me back and told me that even though I spent an additional $1500 for the warranty - they couldn't get me a rental car (that comes with my warranty!!). Fortunately, the ONE person in the shop agreed with me that wasn't right as I JUST bought this car and am already having issues with it, went above and beyond to help me get a rental car. Not even a month after that my car was making the same noise, I called and told them I'm supposed to be driving to the city tomorrow for a wedding and needed some assistance, I was told someone will call me right back. Never heard back. A piece of the side of my car unsnapped while driving home yesterday, my moonroof sometimes wont close, the ride is terrible, and no one will call you back from service. They are SO quick to take your money, then once you drive off the lot, you are worthless. I will never return to Lia Infiniti and cannot wait to get rid of this car. More
