Brian Lomnicki has managed my QX60 service the last two times I brought my car in for service. He has done an extremely good job taking care of two repairs that were under warranty. He was friendly, thor times I brought my car in for service. He has done an extremely good job taking care of two repairs that were under warranty. He was friendly, thorough, and professional. I purchased a pre-owned 2016 jeep from Lia back in September 2020, within a month of owning (before i made my first payment) i needed a replacement engine for a ticking noise that when i brought back September 2020, within a month of owning (before i made my first payment) i needed a replacement engine for a ticking noise that when i brought back to lia said, thats just how new style engines sound... took it to a jeep dealership for a second opinion & they told me it was engine failure& it was unsafe to drive. I went a month without a vehicle to drive with a 2 year old, I attempted to return the vehicle, Lia said it was impossible and did not offer me a anything for my troubles. Fast forward to February 2021 (5 months of owning jeep) and it was making another noise that I brought back to the same jeep dealership & verified it was mechanical failure of the front differential. (Another over $3,000 repair), it is approaching week 4 of not having a vehicle AGAIN. I have been without a vehicle to drive for 2 out of 5 months of owning my Jeep that had Lia’s guarantee of no issues. If you’re thinking of buying anything but new from this dealership DON’T. They are only concerned with meeting each months quota, they asked me to make my decision before September 31st so that it would count towards their September sales. All I wanted was a reliable vehicle and figured a big name dealership who has tons of creditability would be the right chose. I was wrong. More
