I was only offered a loaner car on week 3 of 4 of getting my engine replaced, only because I mentioned multiple times I was weeks without a vehicle but only on the last week of it being serviced was any solution offered. And i was approached by saying you’d have to tow it to your service center and put the engine in yourself (a non jeep dealer) in order for me to utilize a loaner vehicle. I was never offered to be traded out of my vehicle and would have traded it for another comparable option in a heartbeat. All i would like is a reliable, drive-able 4WD vehicle that I can utilize 7 days a week.
