Mr. Pitts We're very sorry to hear that we were unable to satisfy you. The first time your vehicle was in, you didn't have time to have the recommended repair done. By the time of your 2nd visit, Hyundai had declared a recall involving the issue, and we advised you that a part needed to be ordered.
