After the sale was made, D-Train showed me how to use all of the new technology in the car, answered all of my questions, introduced me to the service manager, and helped me out with an issue the next day I had with some paperwork. Abandoned After Sale I Purchased a used 2015 KIA Sedona. During the sale there was some confusion over the dealer fee. It was resolved by paying one half of it. At the closing, I was informed that there was only one fob to start the car. If I wanted a second one, I would have to go to a KIA dealer to get one. The cost quoted by LIA KIA is $320. So much for getting a good deal. Somehow SeriusXM radio was notified that I purchased the car and started a free trial. I received this information by email from SeriusXM not the dealer. For whatever reason there was a problem getting the SeriusXM to work and when I went back to the dealer to resolve the issue, after a cursory attempt by my sales agent, which failed, I was left to resolve it on my own. After about an hour on the phone with SeriusXM, I was able to get it. When I requested my sales agent to get me the presales maintenance on my car, she told me to get it myself which I did with another trip to the dealership. The service area were very accommodating.
