No real issues with our salesperson, and I'm happy with the car (2011 Suburu Legacy) and the price, but there were definitely things that annoyed me about this place. First, this car came advertised with a backup camera on both their website, and the sticker they placed on the window of the car...and shame on me for not verifying beforehand,but shouldn't the place selling the vehicle check the features of the car that they are selling!? If that was the only thing, I'd get over it, but the car had to have a tire sensor replaced at a different dealership in which I had to make arrangements to drop off the car for 6 hours on my one day off in two weeks (they did cover the cost), and then when my registration was mailed to me (9 days after the purchase is when I received it) there was no license plate sticker that is supposed to come with it, so I had to wait over a long holiday weekend to pick up at RMV and have inspection completed. Like I said, if it was just one of those things that happened, I would live with it, it's just the combination of everything was very frustrating..Overall,in fairness to them, it was an ok experience, no annoying sales pitches for things we didn't need,no drawn out pricing games, trade in went smoothly.... Great Place To Buy A Great Car This is actually the second car I've bought from Lia, and the second time I've worked with both Lisa and Tim. The prices were excellent both times, wi This is actually the second car I've bought from Lia, and the second time I've worked with both Lisa and Tim. The prices were excellent both times, with no haggling necessary, but what was even more important to me was the way I was treated. Car buying is supposed to be one of the more stressful experiences you can have, but not at Lia. Everyone was friendly and really helpful. There was never any pressure to spend more than the original quote- Tim even explained things that could save me money! The car has a lot of features, and Lisa took the time to clearly explain them and make sure I was comfortable with them. If she offered options or upgrades, I never felt pressured to spend more than I wanted to. Tim was very thorough going over the financing, and made sure I fully understood all the details. And again, I never felt pressured to spend more than I wanted to. I left there in a great new car. feeling happy and sure I got a great deal. I'll definitely go back for my next car. More

They gave me a great deal on a brand new Hyundai Elantra Limited. They definitely lived up to their name, "Lowest In Area". My salesman was Donshea Holmes and his manager was Carmino Bonavita. After the sale was made, D-Train showed me how to use all of the new technology in the car, answered all of my questions, introduced me to the service manager, and helped me out with an issue the next day I had with some paperwork.
