I purchased a 2018 Elantra Limited Oct 1, 2017 and was very dismayed at the lack of service by my first salesman. At that time I confronted the former sales manager and stated that I was going to another dealer because of the lack of salesman follow up-I had contacted Hyundai to find an Elantra Limited, (my first salesman told me none were available after I wouldn't buy a 2017 they had in stock. (not a limited edition) There was a car in Albany and the new salesman-Alex, I got arranged for the car to come to Lia. I love the car. My second salesman was excellent. Dave Shlosser the new manager has been wonderful in correcting and dealing with some of the difficulties I had with the previous sales manager. It is a pleasure to deal with a professional that believes in respect and service for the customer. He has renewed my confidence in this dealership. More

We needed a reliable, fuel efficient car for my son as his vehicle was aging and we wanted him in something reliable and cost efficient. Lisa responded to exactly what we asked, never pushing us towards something else, just guiding us to what we wanted. LOVED the fact that she understood we wanted my son there, and did not push a sale with the standard "What do we need to do to get you to buy today".
