Good Service BUT Shady Practices I'm knocking down stars on this due to the fact that my dashcam was unplugged while in the hands of the technicians. Any activity where a Lia Hyundai I'm knocking down stars on this due to the fact that my dashcam was unplugged while in the hands of the technicians. Any activity where a Lia Hyundai employee was driving my car, was not present on the cameras memory card. This tells me that they were not comfortable with me seeing what they did behind the wheel of my car. I feel this is extremely shady that they would do this. I have this camera in my car for circumstances where the car is involved in an accident. I do not appreciate it being tampered with. I will not be returning to this dealership because of this. Any video related to driving activities was absent, only footage of inside the workshop was left on the card. My original review still stands as far as Daryl goes but this is not acceptable. I took my car in to have the axle nuts tightened to stop a clicking noise I was hearing and it was quickly resolved. I also had my 60,000 mile service done at the same time and it went very smoothly. The shuttle service to and from my workplace was a nice bonus too. They also washed my car for me. My service advisor was Daryl Cross, he was polite, very informative, and answered any questions I had. More
