Overall satisfied with the whole purchasing experience It was late Friday afternoon. Although it was really close to the end of the day, Tyler was patient with our test drive request without knowing our in It was late Friday afternoon. Later that day, we sat down with Tyler and his manager and worked out a great price. Lia Hyundai was able to work out the exact model we want with another Dealer 100 miles away and Tyler personally went and pick up the car. It's not Tyler's fault and it was a busy Monday when we pick up the car, still, we feel the waiting time is a little bit too long. We had to ask for a missing accessory listed on the window sticker the next day, we eventually got the accessory the next week, however, I think the process could be smoother. Overall, the experience Lia Hyundai of Albany is good. The sales technique was not pushy. Communication is open and professional. Tyler Dechalus is nice and familiar with the whole purchasing process. More
