On the other hand the Business Manager, Paul Arena was ALL Business, not overly friendly and seemed to get a little pushy when trying to get me to accept additional warranty. He didn't want to take NO for an answer. i don't like to having to say NO 6 OR 7 TIMES. More

Chris was friendly, easy to work with and willing to make sure I was happy with the overall experience. Initially I was unsure of the exact trim level I was interested in so he had me test drive both withou sure I was happy with the overall experience. He did not have any arrogance or 'agenda of his own'. He was most real and genuine and I'm convinced he was very honest with our search. We couldn't be more pleased with my purchase ......... altho a lower price would have been very pleasant. The search for the right car took 6 months. I did a great deal of research, and test drives, and google searches, and interviews of 'owners' of the 'candidates' of my choice. I actually designed a grid to keep all the information organized. I had several necessary issues ........ the cargo area had to be large, but I wanted a SUV that gets decent mpg, has high ratings from consumer reports, was pleasing to look at, and had to be comfortable for my spine problems, and be within my budget. He made the perfect suggestion. I had many UNpleasant experiences with other dealerships. They were most arrogant and insistent, not caring about my opinion. They'd disappear for 10 or 15 minutes, and try to intimidate ................. I am SO glad they lost that sale, for if I had been weak and been pushed into buying something I wasn't convinced about, I wouldn't have my wonderful, safe and beautiful Honda !!! I did meet several people at your Honda dealership, and they all seemed decent to deal with. We were quite favorably impressed with the people and my car! I'm certain this family will be driving Hondas from now on !!! Thank You So Much ! More

The salesperson that I worked with in 2007 no longer worked at the showroom so I worked with Manny Aviles. He proved himself to be extremely knowledgable and friendly. He was wonderful to work with and a true gentleman. I was treated fairly and respectfully. I highly recommend going to Honda of Kingston and working with Manny. Who would imagine trading in a car and buying a new one would be so painless and such fun! More
