I must say, not only did they match the price, but I felt so very taken care of from beginning to end. This was, of course, due to the quality of the people who work at Honda of Kingston. My sales person, Mike, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful in doing everything he could to get the car I wanted, in the color I wanted, as quickly as possible. He kept me informed as things progressed, often contacting me several times a day, and I had my dream car within a very reasonable amount of time. The sales manager, Cristian, came and introduced himself to me early on in the buying process, with a big welcoming smile and handshake. There was never any pressure to buy, it felt more like everyone was there to make sure that I had a positive experience at their dealership. Wyatt, ever upbeat and smiling, made the paperwork move quickly. All in all, I can honestly say that this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I will definitely listen as well to my two friends who tell me the service department is equally as wonderful to deal with. We had started car shopping a week ago and went to Kingston to continue our search for the "perfect car". We had expected to run the gamut of dealers in town and decided to stop at Honda first as Carl Kingston to continue our search for the "perfect car". When he told John Hutton what he was looking for, we were directed to the "Manager's Car" which was a 2012 Crosstour with some mileage. After driving it, he was in love. The price was more than we thought we could afford so we also drove a 2010 which was available. We thought we might take that one (I really liked the color)we thought about it overnight and worked with John to get a fair trade in for our old Saab and finance some of the cost of the Crosstour. We did spend more time thatn I would have liked in "waiting around" but John did have other customers so we were patient. In any case, Carl got the car he wanted and we had a better than average car buying experience. More
