Enjoyed working with Margherita Pulga. I had leased a 2012 Honda CRV for three years and was thinking of going another direction in leasing a new car, however, after spending time with Marg I had leased a 2012 Honda CRV for three years and was thinking of going another direction in leasing a new car, however, after spending time with Margherita I decided to go with a 2015 CRV. Margherita was very warm and professional. She listened and I never felt pressured. She is a asset to your dealership. She made me feel valued as a consumer and I felt respected. polite, professional, determined I went in on a Saturday to look at a car I found online. The car I came to look at was no longer on the lot but was at another location. Instead of as I went in on a Saturday to look at a car I found online. The car I came to look at was no longer on the lot but was at another location. Instead of asking me to come back on Monday, the manager immediately said, "I'll drive down there right now and get it for you. Would you mind coming back in about an hour?" I agreed for two reasons. First, I had nothing to do and had time to kill. Second, this car was rand new and super cheap, I couldn't pass it up. I came back a few hours later, test drove the car and sign the papers. Everyone was very polite and professional and I would definitely recommend Honda of Kingston to a friend. More

I usually agree, however, this time, it was a rather enjoyable-from start to finish, not the usual back and forth hassle one has to endure between sales reps and dealer managers.
