Honda’s professional and helpful technician are exemplary. I brought my car in for an oil and filter change. Debra advised me there were some concerns with the seal on the axle. I was happy to learn of the lea I brought my car in for an oil and filter change. Debra advised me there were some concerns with the seal on the axle. great customer service provided by Debra Gambino I brought my daughters car in to be serviced. She purchased her car in Albany just over a year ago and has had many issues with it starting. Albany I brought my daughters car in to be serviced. She purchased her car in Albany just over a year ago and has had many issues with it starting. Albany Lia changed the battery and the started but she still continued to have issues. Albany Lia was not assisting her in any way. She asked for print outs of the services completed and they would not supply them. My daughter has a new born and was stranded several times waiting for AAA to come and jump the car as it would not start. I brought her car to Kingston Lia and their service team and Debra were very accommodating. Debra was able to contact Albany Lia and obtain the service records after being on the phone with them for over and hour and not being treated so nice by Albany Lia. The issue has been rectified and my daughter is no longer getting stranded with a newborn with a car that will not start. Thank you Kingston Lia and Debra for going above and beyond!!! More
