The Best I have been having my CRV and Civic serviced at Kingston (prior to LIA) for may years, Sue is always friendly, knowledgeable and spot right-on every t I have been having my CRV and Civic serviced at Kingston (prior to LIA) for may years, Sue is always friendly, knowledgeable and spot right-on every time. Debbie Gambino has also assisted me and another gentleman (however I don't recall his name), too. All three have worked together as a team to assure all of my concerns are taken care of respectfully and professionally. Even when I call in or drop by for a emergency repair. They schedule my appointments immediately and Sue has made arrangements for a courtesy car when my CRV needed to remain at the shop overnight. Thank you for all that you do. They are true team players with the right mix of professionalism and humor. There is still that needed human touch at LIA HONA of Kingston. Wini H. More

Susan Kelly was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasan Service was excellent and Susan and the mechanic had a sense of humor which is often rare. The mechanic didn't think he could clean the dirty filter Service was excellent and Susan and the mechanic had a sense of humor which is often rare. Just the kind of sales man I needed for a substantial purchase. He allowed me the time to determine if Honda had the car I wanted. Then he patiently guided me through the various details of the multiple financing / leasing options. I had many questions and Lia offers great options. The staff in general were highly attentive, politely friendly and efficient. It made the process extremely reassuring. Highly recommend. Finally, I would be remiss if I didn't mention how glad I am to see what Honda is doing with Civics. I've owned many fun cars but one of my all time favorite was the 1980 Civic Hatch.
