Sale was great, service afterwards terrible I wrote a review of the sale right afterwards, as I had a great experience with that. Update - 2 months after getting the car, we had an issue with t I wrote a review of the sale right afterwards, as I had a great experience with that. Update - 2 months after getting the car, we had an issue with the AC. I contacted the service department, and was told that it was no longer under warranty. Upon checking state law afterwards, discovered that while the original 36 month/36k miles warranty was up, lemon law states that cars over 36k miles but under 80k miles have a 60 day/3000 miles warranty that should have covered this. I am disappointed with their service especially after having a good experience with the sale. Would recommend anybody looking for a new car have it thoroughly checked by an outside mechanic before purchase. More

Helpful and efficient As I was coming into Kingston I realized my car was having a problem, so I drove straight to Honda service. It was shortly before closing time but as As I was coming into Kingston I realized my car was having a problem, so I drove straight to Honda service.
