He asked what I wanted, listened to what I said and delivered a Honda Accord exactly what I wanted, especially the color. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He worked with me for a reasonable price. During our test drive, he explained all the features on the car. It was a pleasure to work with Joe and the Honda Staff. Great Service I went to get my oil changed and had a great experience doing so. Robert Munson assisted me with getting everything taken care of. He made sure to go over everything that needed to be done with my car which wasn't much because its practically brand new but thats not the point. The point is he took his time to go over everything with me. While it was in the shop they also cleaned some stain off my backseat which made me a veryyyyy happy customered. OVERALL I WAS EXTREMELY SATISFIED. THANK YOU LIA HONDA AND ROBERT MUNSON. YOU GUYS ROCK! More

Susan called me right away to let me know the update on my car. and suggested I return my rental so I would not be charged for another day, as my car was ready for pickup. My other car is a Toyota and I use Toyota service. But although they are good, Susan outshines them all. I wish I had two Honda`s. I purchased my Honda CR-V in Pennsylvania, which is near my brothers house. I usually visit him and use Piazza Honda. But Nobody treats me as well as Susan Kelly. More

Always a favorable experience. Debbie Gambino and Sue Kelly are the 2 best people that I have ever met at any dealership for service. They are very considerate, extremely thorough Debbie Gambino and Sue Kelly are the 2 best people that I have ever met at any dealership for service. They are very considerate, extremely thorough about keeping you apprised about what needs to be fixed NOW and what is going to need repairs soon. I know this type of information/ expense doesn't always sit well with some folks but it is how business should be done, honestly and with integrity. If you understand your vehicle and are sensible enough to realize that duct tape and bubblegum are not going to get you thru the tough times then these are the ladies to speak with. I know enough to realize what repairs my car is going to need and not once has this service department tried to force anything extra on me. I will continue to have service done here and can easily recommended them. More
