Recently took my car in for regular service and expected to be told I would need new tires. My service agent, Robert Munson, did indeed inform me that my back tires needed replacing. I had expected all 4 bu to be told I would need new tires. My service agent, Robert Munson, did indeed inform me that my back tires needed replacing. I had expected all 4 but appreciated the honesty that only 2 did. I opted to replace all 4 and informed Robert that I liked the tires that were on it and would like the same. They were not in stock but he recommended another by the same manufacturer so I agreed. He told me it would be about a 2 1/2 hour wait. After an hour and a half he informed my car was ready. Yay! An hour I didn’t have to wait (although the dealer’s waiting accommodations are very nice). I was further surprised and happy to discover that Robert had found me a buy 3 get one free deal. Win win that day. I have never been disappointed with the service I have received here for the past 6 years and will continue to do business here in the future. More

Mark Wertheim was my service rep and he was very thorough and made excellent recommendations for servicing various components of my 2018 Honda Ridgeline. Just had four new tires installed LE3s over my old LE and made excellent recommendations for servicing various components of my 2018 Honda Ridgeline. Just had four new tires installed LE3s over my old LE2s. LE3's are rated for 20K more for longevity and cost $15 less than the older LE2s. Buy 3 get one free, alignment and new wipers and hopefully won't have to see them again for quite some time (just because of the new components). Dale More

Your dealership is amazing. However, my last experience was more of the kind "what can I sell this guy", than "how can I simply assist this guy", which has been my previous exp However, my last experience was more of the kind "what can I sell this guy", than "how can I simply assist this guy", which has been my previous experiences. I do understand salesmanship, but nearly a thousand dollars in services, most of which I checked and do not require in any immediate manner? I have come to not expect to be "oversold" when I come for service (and I use your dealership exclusively!), so this was not my usual experience. It was all done graciously and the person I am sure is a very good employee --he knows how to sell! I just don't want to be the person he oversells to, that's all. Thank you. More
