First thing I'd like to clear up, i had written a negative to your offices about my last interaction with your Business. I wrote that because I wrongly assumed there was work done not needed. I'm sincerely sorry for that. I was under great strain and lack of sleep at the time, (no excuse) my partner in Life died shorty before the date of that service.,She died of Brain Cancer, after four months of in hospice care and no visits last two months of her life. And not able to communicate by phone or texting last two weeks. But I have returned to your business cause i always had good service. Sue Kelly has been the person I always asked for from my last Honda CR-V, and now with my 2018 Honda CR-V. She always treated me well, and explained things when I'd ask. But I didn't ask her when I made my mistake. That was a MISTAKE on my part. Like I've stated, I wasn't in the right frame of mind. I hope all involved could please forgive my error.
