Good Morning Mr. Sarowitz, I just read your review about your experience with us and wanted to do some research over your claim you purchased a 2016 Honda Crv vin ending 686705 on 2-14-2020 with 38,017 you purchased a 36 month or 60,000 total mile comp warranty for only $1,300.00. It was not a 1 year or 13,000 mile warranty like stated in the review so wanted to clear that up with you and your concern. I ran a carfax report that shows the vehicle was totaled on March 23rd 2022 with just under 60,000 total miles. Which in terms means you have used your warranty period on the vehicle that was financed with Rhinebeck bank and there would be no value remaining on the warranty that would of been refunded to the bank the car was financed with us. I am sure with today's values they were able to give you a very good value for the vehicle you purchased for a great deal at $16,900 on 2-14-2020 with only 38,017 miles.
