We brought our CRV in to obtain a new key. This was our first visit to the new Honda location, and even though it sounds corny, I was in awe!! The facility is just bright and modern, the staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and most courteous. They made my key in exactly the amount of time they said it would take, they did a check up on our car even though we hadn't expected that, they pointed out some issues, but NO HIGH PRESSURE to get any of the work done, and finally they WASHED my vehicle = never expected that!!! My wife and I were so impressed, and would like to thank JARED STOUTENBERG for his friendliness and helpfulness to us the entire time. Keep up the good work LIA, we need more businesses like yours!!!!! More

I just purchased a new Ridgeline from Lia Honda of Kingston. This dealership employees a great group of people. Everyone I came into contact with was courteous and went out of their way to help me. My certified sales consultant Dennis Crowley was absolutely the best I have experienced. He is personable, extremely knowledgeable and pays attention to detail. Despite the current market conditions, my experience at Lia has me believing that there are still good deals to be made. More

I came in for a NYS inspection, oil & filter change & tire rotation. Jared Stoutenberg waited on me at the counter. He was polite, helpful and informative. I bought my car six years ago at another dealership.(They were wonderful!) However, my circumstances have changed and I need to go to someone local. I have been going to Lia of Kingston for nearly two years now and so far I have been satisfied. They review my history and make reccomendations for things that should be done. and I appreciate that. I purchased a used CR-V from the dealership two years ago with an extended warranty covering 3 years and up to 60,000 miles. When my car was totaled after 2 years and I asked for a refund for the unused year with an extended warranty covering 3 years and up to 60,000 miles. When my car was totaled after 2 years and I asked for a refund for the unused year remaining on the warranty, Lia claimed that the warranty covered 3 years from the time I purchased the car, but 60,000 from the time the car was new. This was news to me, since the salesperson told me the warranty covered an additional 3 years or 60,000 miles. Lia continues to claim that the warranty covered 3 years from one date (the date of purchase) and 60,000 miles from a different date (the date the car was new). The actual contract isn't clear, only saying the coverage is for "36 months / 60,000 miles". Shame on Lia for lying at the time of purchase, and shame on them for avoiding responsibility. More
