I brought my Pilot in for an oil change. Robert Munson was very helpful when I asked him about a problem with the front passenger door. Mark and Sam were very helpful in getting my car back on the road with a dead battery. I have not found a more honest dealership in a long time. I have on occasion asked for servicing that I thought I needed but was told not at this time, They could easily have performed the requested service I have on occasion asked for servicing that I thought I needed but was told not at this time, They could easily have performed the requested service and charged me accordingly but they did not. Along with being honest, the service department is excellent and the service team is warm and personable. Rob is excellent and easy to work with and has a full understanding of your vehicle needs. I'm especially impressed by Mark Wertheim's care for his clients' safety, thoroughness in his work (and getting the best deal possible), and how he m I'm especially impressed by Mark Wertheim's care for his clients' safety, thoroughness in his work (and getting the best deal possible), and how he makes even the most stressful car repair situations more manageable and fun. He practices anticipatory service, like when he was aware of an A/C recall and offered to replace it when I brought the car in in February, before I had to deal with no AC and a potential bottlenecked supply for replacement parts in the middle of summer. He is above and beyond, and with all their associates I've never had a bad service experience here. I will always bring my car here, I totally trust this team to keep her running as best as she can for as long as she can. More
