Lia Honda Williamsville

Saleman was great and has been very helpful on this purchase as well as my last purhase, I highly recomend him. George told us he would work to get us the best rate possible and he would contact us on 02/20 or 02/21 after he spoke with Chase and the other banks who offer auto loans. We were given an approximate payment but no firm rate. Since we had not heard anything we were in contact with Dave 02/25 regarding the car and he apologized for George not calling and said George was very busy and working hard and we would hear something when the new rates if any were announced by Honda in March. On March 2nd we received a call to come in and pick up the car without ever having been given a rate we would be contracting for on the car. We came in to close the deal with Dave and and still had not been contacted by George, while a finance contract was set to be put into place with no disclosure of the rate in advance. I expressed to Dave our disapointment with the lack of detail being shown on our behalf. He did then speak with George who came out and apologized for not following up. We then finished signing for the car and making our payment. I mentioned to Dave my surprise that i was not spoken to by the credit manager regarding the extras such as rustproofing, simonizing, insurance or rustproofing. Dave asked me if I was interested and I toldl him I would be passing. I have been dealing with Lia since 2003, this is the first vehicle purchased after 6 leases with Lia and I feel the ball was dropped. More

Overall I had a good experience at Lia Honda. However my sales reperentative was difficult to reach and whenever i called the dealership it seemed like no one knew where the person i was lookiing for was.
