One word to describe my experience - AMAZING! I have been browsing online and going to dealerships for a few months now until I finally found the car I've been searching for, about a week ago. Let’s start with the best part (other than the car of course) – our sales guy, Don Kassidy. As we walked onto the lot he greeted us with a big smile and warm welcome. I was shady about dealerships - it was new to me, and all of the ones I visited prior to Lia were pushy about cars they had in their inventory that I wasn’t interested in at all. Let’s just say Don made it easy. He let us test drive the one I spotted right away, and gave us all of the information up front – along with some ice cream and lemonade for my fiancé and I. He was patient with unpreventable timing restrictions I had, and also with ALL of my questions that came up throughout the week before I made the decision to buy. I never waited for a response from Don, he was always there. Whenever I called he answered right away, even on his own time. When we closed the deal he was still as friendly/fun/easy-going/knowledgeable/courteous/patient (should I continue? ?) - as when we walked onto the lot. I’m happy that he was the person to help us from day one, and everything worked out smoother than I could imagine. I am now one happy owner of one HOT Honda Civic! This was my first purchase at a dealership and I'm so glad that I went with Lia. Their customer service is astounding, the dealership is crisp and clean, and the dog, Emma, is adorable and puts a smile on your face every time she walks by! I admit it, I’m a “research-a-holic”, and at the end of the day I really feel that Lia has the best price and best service around. The customer service that was given made me so prepared and so comfortable throughout this entire process. Thank you Lia & THANK YOU DON!! We went into the dealership figuring they were not going to have anything we wanted. I was suprised to get the most friendly saleperson (much better than other dealers) and he found us the perfect car for to have anything we wanted. I was undecided between a Toyota Rav 4 and the Honda CRV. I went to another dealership first and drove the Toyota. My experience was horrible!!!!! The salesman was unfriendly, rude, and had to be paged 4 I went to another dealership first and drove the Toyota. My experience was horrible!!!!! The salesman was unfriendly, rude, and had to be paged 4 times before I even drove the car. When I returned the car he was paged 2 more times before I walked out. As I left he was chatting with a group of other salesmen. Completely disgusted and convinced my car buying adventure was done for the day, my girlfriend talked me into going to Lia HOnda. It was like I walked into heaven!!! From walking in the building to driving away with my new HOnda CRV I was treated with kindness and respect from everyone in the building!!! We were very pleased with the prompt attention we received as soon as we walked in the door. We found the vehicle we wanted and we received good trade-in value for our old automobile. The environment at the dealership was very customer friendly and I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable as often is the case at car dealers. I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. From the minute I walked in the door to the time I drove off in my new ride. My dealer Don was very friendly, knowledgeable and very courteous of my time the minute I walked in the door to the time I drove off in my new ride. My dealer Don was very friendly, knowledgeable and very courteous of my time. He showed me around the dealership, explained how things worked, and even fed me. Lol. He gave me a fair amount for my trade in and follow up with me after I took delivery to be sure I was satisfied. I can't say enough nice things about the dealership or my sales person. If dealt with several dealerships and sale people in the past, including other Honda dealers. This is by far the best service you will find in the area. Hands down. Thanks for going above and beyond. As we approached the entry to Lia Honda, the door was opened by Chad Smith and we were with him all the way. He sold us the car with his personality, knowledge, patience and persistence without being ove opened by Chad Smith and we were with him all the way. He sold us the car with his personality, knowledge, patience and persistence without being overbearing. He guided us in making a decision to purchase a CRV as the size best fit our needs and wish list. He answered all our questions and kept checking availability, pricing - any and all requests with a smile. It took several weeks to consummate the deal because of health issues but Chad was patient and worked with us every step of the way. Upon delivery, he explained all that we needed to know and I am very comfortable with a follow-up session (if needed) to review things I may have missed because we were distracted with a health issue. Chad was there for us and spent as much time as was needed - thank you for the patience. We have not needed service yet but again I am comfortable with the approach of a team that will be "ours". I would recommend Lia to our friends and actually we came here because of location and recommendation from friends who have dealt with them for many years. More
